How to Enter lists and UOCG grades by importing a file? (import bij .txt file)
ESI delivers digital test results. To upload digitally delivered results you should follow the next steps.
Take the .txt file with the results that you want to upload. Place it in the directory where you want to upload. This file should be a tab-delimited text file (.txt) are.
Search for the right course. Check for:
- Course code
- Test moment
- Block

Continue the steps as described in:
Bulk entering grades by importing a file (xls file).
If the file is properly uploaded, you need to process and sign the results electronically.
Go to "Pending"processing. You can process the results to the back office.
If there is an error in the file. It wil happen if a students forget to fill in their student number. The first line of a student number will be 000000 (000001 etc.) with a result.
This row needs to be removed with Notepad ++. Save the file again and you can upload him again.
Notepad ++ can be found by searching at your pc(1) to look up Notepad.
- Search Notepad
- type usually Notepad
- Select the software to edit your txt file.
