How do I filter basic information from the student?

Filters: 

Limit students to

  • Here you can choose to search your own students or other students. Your own students are students who are enrolled in your degree programme.


Student group/student group

  • This allows you to filter for students who are part of a specific group.
  • The magnifying glass allows you to search for the right group.
  • Alternatively, you can add the correct value manually. Entering %BK1%, for instance, means that you’re searching for students who are in a student group that includes the value ‘BK1’.


Programme/programme

  • This allows you to filter for codes of degree programmes that the student is enrolled in. Using the magnifying glass, you can look for the codes you need.
  • For instance, selecting B-ET means: Students must be enrolled or have been enrolled in B-ET.
  • Combined with Academic Year ‘2017’, this means: The student must have been enrolled in B-ET in 2017.


Programme enrolment/Academic year

  • This allows you to filter for the academic year in which the student was enrolled.
  • As such, ‘2017’ means: The student must have been enrolled in any degree programme, with any active code.


Programme/Student active?

  • This allows you to filter for students who are currently (or at the time you perform the search) registered as active.

Course

  • Here you can enter the relevant course. The magnifying glass will display the complete list, allowing you to search for a specific course or description.
  • By also entering the academic year, you can limit your search to students who were enrolled in the course in that specific year.

Let’s say you want all students

  • who were active in 2017
  • who were enrolled in CE (Architecture and Construction Engineering).

Click the search button and you will get a result displaying an X amount of students.


If you want to narrow this result down to a particular student group

  • Enter a student group, then press search again to narrow down the selection.
