How do I aprove profilling space (Minor)
All electives need to be assessed by the student's supervisor. You can approve or reject an elective through Osiris Lecturer/Supervisor. The main menu will show you for how many of your students you need to assess the profiling space. When you click 'Applications for approval profiling space' you will be taken to the progress menu.
You can also access the progress menu through the student menu. This will lead you to the same screen.
Click the row that says ‘requires approval’ for the requested minor.
Click the three-dot icon (in the screenshot) to access five actions you can perform.
Use ‘Change Status’ to add your assessment.
You can change the status by following the following steps:
- Indicate here whether you approve or reject the student's choice.
- If you reject it, please state your reason.
- Provide an explanation.
- Save.
